Restarting

It looked like I was on a roll. 6 days of waking up early to do 30 mins of exercise. The 6th day almost didn't happen, if not for the guilty conscience from the over indulgence from the night before.

Then the weekend started. Broome races. Dresses, fascinators, alcohol, betting, food, beaches, sun tan, and more food.

This weekend certainly has been bad for the waist line.

Like someone said to me when we were eyeing a very tempting dessert that we unfortunately got tempted into...

"A moment on the lips, a lifetime on the hips!"

I pray that there will be less moments on the lips and less of me in due time!
