sweat

finally got myself down to the gym after 4 days of procrastinating.

decided to just spend 30 mins doing something, and went with the treadmill. so i plugged in the numbers and away i went. 5 mins went by, and i felt like going faster, just to see how far i can push myself. starting increasing the intensity of the work-out and ended up doing a spot of jogging for 5 mins.

ended up being a little out of breath and started decreasing the intensity back to a brisk walk.

another 5 mins into the walk, i felt that i should make another attempt at jogging.

starting increasing the intensity...

the next thing i know, my last 15 mins was spent jogging and working up a good sweat!

endorphins are a good drug.

i just realised how much i actually miss a working up a good sweat. hopefully, i will be keeping up with this!
