a good cry

it helps to have a good cry every now and then. it is sort of tension-relieving i would say.

no, i didn't spill tears because of heartbreak or over anything horrid that is going on in my life.

it was over a movie that i happen to put on. didn't expect much of it. the title didn't really dictate much of what it was really about, and the cover just showed a guy on the football field.

i didn't expect almost 2 hours of crying non-stop.

no one died. no one got hurt. no one suffered...at least not in the movie.

but someone did that all, for the the movie to have had the effect on me.

the theme of the movie...."with God, nothing is impossible".

it was about how one man, a coach, was placed in a situation, one which may be familiar to others. one in which, he finds himself at a loss of what to do.

the football team that he was coaching was at the losing end. people around thinking that he wasn't the best coach for them, and should replaced. he wants to be a father, but was unable to be one. people around him were losing all faith in him.

he was desperate and so, he turned to God.

watch 'Facing the Giants'...and cry tears of joy with me.
