7th November, 18:00:
Train from Glasgow Central to Prestwick Airport. Interesting to note that for a commuter train that goes to the airport, they sure don't provide much space for about 20kg of baggage.

7th November, 20:15:
Ryanair flight to Frankfurt was delayed alittle. A passenger for the previous flight went AWOL. Even after annoucing that this was the last announcement for the passenger....another annoucement soon followed. No idea if the passenger dared to show up after, as there was only one boarding gate.

The flight itself was pretty good. However, I almost died of thirst, as I wasn't allowed to bring in bottles of fluid! My first encounter with the new rules and regulations!

Also, I almost had to pay for excess baggage too, as they only allowed 15kg of baggaged to be checked in! Thank God I happen to have brought another bag, and eventually managed to re-arrange stuff...quite a challenge!

8th November, 0200:
The bus from the Frankfurt Hahn airport to the central station took about 2 hours. It was about 6 degrees. I was cold. When I alighted, it was totally quite, except for the few who were left to alight at the same stop as me. I was starting to worry, as my friends were no where in sight.

Thankfully, they were just running late and we managed to tuck ourselves into bed by 3am.

8th November, 12:23:
The train ride from Frankfurt to Hannover lasted about 3 hours. Met 3 other Germans travelling in the same compartment as me, one who was an elderly gentleman who served in the army during world war II! How unreal! Kept talking to me most of the time. Only managed to get some sleep after they disembarked...which left 30mins to Hannover.

8th November, 16:00:
Got picked up by Stefan and his girlfriend and they brought me back to their place which is beautiful! Its all wooden stuff and old school stuff which I love.

Stefan and Alan cooked me dinner, a gourmet pizza, and once again tried unsuccessfully to douse me in alcohol.

After dinner, we talked about old times and looked at the pictures that we took when we first met.

Its now 0000.

Im off to bed.

Guten Nacht!
