It Just Takes One
He is just a few years younger then me, and was involved in a horrific motorbike accident. Its by God's grace that he was not fatally wounded, except for some bone injuries that left their mark...
He's been recovering well, however, he's emotional status hasnt been doing as well as physical injuries. In particular, he's been finding it difficult to regain total muscle strength that has been limiting his movement.
Hydrotherapy, a fancy way of asking one to go for a swim, has been recommended to him, however, for a person who has lost his job since, and living off welfare, it can be difficult to be inclined to spend such money on a dip in a pool...
The doctor, whipped out his wallet and pulled out two $10 notes and gave it to him for a headstart...
I was impressed.
I believe that sometimes, it just takes one person to believe in you, and you are set on your way.
I thank God that he has placed me in a calling such as this, that He can use me to impact others, not just physically, but emotionally as well.
Knowing this, makes the hard work, alot less difficult.
