Restless in Bed

I can't seem to get to sleep, as tired as I am. A gazillion thoughts are mucking around in my head...well, maybe not THAT many, just a particular few. One of which, is coming to a decision, of whether I should drive down to Rockhampton (which is apparently more then 6 freakin' hours away from brisbane), or to take an hour plus flight down.

Okay, maybe the answer is obvious, but I am just considering the company that I will be having with the drive down. At least I won't be alone when I arrive, and not feel so lost. But if I were to take a flight, I will be 'alone'. I am such a person. I need the company. I hate the feeling of being lost.

I feel as though I am starting primary school all over again. That first day. A different kind of butterflies in my belly.

I don't know what this year will bring.

Isolation of somesort I guess for a start. According to one, it gets quite boring during the rural rotation, such that one is driven to finish up assignments way beforehand...*shudders* I can forsee myself doing quite of bit of yakking away on the phone to occupy myself during those lonesome hours at night.

However, I seem to be losing my optus khakis...

*Sigh*

Its always time to make new friends.
